宪法日
宪法日 and Citizenship Day (also known just as 宪法日) which commemorates the signing of the United States 宪法 on September 17, 1787. In honor of 宪法日, all educational institutions receiving federal funding are required to hold an educational program pertaining to the U.S. 宪法.
The Office of Student Leadership and Activities lead campus-wide 宪法日 activities across the 威尼斯人博彩 District. 工作人员 and faculty work with many different student organizations and units on campus to develop a campus-wide approach to the celebration of our rights and responsibilities as citizens of the U.S. and to develop habits of citizenship in a new generation of Americans. Brenham校园
Student Leadership and Activities Brenham will host a week of activities, beginning with a voter registration drive on Tuesday, 9月13日. 周三, 9月14日, the College will give out free ice cream floats and hand out copies of the 宪法. The Thinking Thursday topic on Thursday, 9月14日, 将会投票, 周五, 9月15日, 布林将向圣. That month's Adulting 101 topic will be civic duty, 在9月11日, the Kruse Center will sponsor a Hero Run 9/11 Virtual 5K with participants wearing red, 白色, 和蓝色的. Throughout the week of 宪法日, the Student Center will be decorated with flags and red, 白色, 和蓝色的 bunting at the doors. 另外, information will be posted on the doors and in the atrium regarding the Bill of Rights and how bills become laws.

Student Leadership and Activities will host an amendment match activity on 宪法日 in which students match the amendment number with the correct description. Students who do so correctly will win prizes!
Schulenburg校园
To celebrate 宪法日, Coke floats will be available for students from 10 a.m. 直到1点.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 13-14. The Enrollment Services desk will be decorated with United States flags and pocket 宪法s will be available for students.
Students also will be encouraged to register to vote, and a computer will be available to allow students to register online.

The Federal Government class will make posters for 宪法日 that will be posted on campus. 另外, campus staff will set up a table and hand out pocket 宪法s.
